Overview
This website is operated by NomadChad. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to NomadChad. By visiting our site or buying a guide from us, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you don't agree, please don't use the site. Our store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the online e-commerce platform that lets us sell our products to you.

1. Online store terms
By using this site, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority where you live, or that you have the consent of a parent or guardian. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

2. Digital products
All NomadChad products are digital PDF guides. Nothing is shipped. After payment, your download link is emailed to the address you enter at checkout. Please check that your email address is correct and look in your spam folder if the email doesn't arrive.
Each guide is for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may download it, print it and keep copies on your own devices. You may not resell, share, publish, upload or distribute the guide or any part of it, or remove our name from it.
All content in our guides, including text, tables, maps, layouts and covers, belongs to NomadChad and is protected by copyright.

3. Accuracy of information
Our guides are travel planning aids. We check prices, fares, opening hours and rules against official sources when each guide is written, and we state the month they were checked. They are approximate and can change at any time. Always confirm current information, including visa, entry, safety, park and transport rules, with the official source before you travel.
We are not responsible for decisions you make based on information in a guide, or for changes made by third parties such as transport operators, parks, restaurants, wineries or governments after a guide was published.

4. Prices and payment
Prices are shown on each product page and may change without notice. Prices may be shown in your local currency; the final amount is confirmed at checkout. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example if a price was listed in error. If we cancel an order after you have been charged, we will refund the full amount.

5. Refunds
Refunds and replacements are covered by our Refund policy.

6. Third-party links
Our site and guides may link to third-party websites, such as official tourism, transport or booking sites. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content, products or services.

7. Personal information
How we handle your personal information is described in our Privacy policy.

8. Prohibited uses
You may not use the site or its content: for any unlawful purpose; to infringe our or anyone else's intellectual property; to upload viruses or malicious code; to collect other people's personal information; or to interfere with the security of the site.

9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The site and our guides are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, NomadChad will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or a guide. Our total liability for any claim relating to a guide is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under the consumer laws of your country that can't be excluded.

10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always on this page, and changes apply from the date they are posted.

11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, except where the consumer laws of your country require otherwise.
