Refund policy

All NomadChad guides are digital PDF downloads. Because a file can't be returned once it has been downloaded, all sales are final and we don't offer refunds for change of mind, partial use, or buying the wrong guide by mistake.

We will refund or replace your purchase if:
- your download link doesn't work or the file won't open, and we can't fix it within 3 days of you contacting us
- you were charged twice for the same guide
- you received a different guide from the one you ordered

To ask for help, contact us at NomadChadGuides.com/pages/contact within 30 days of purchase with your order number. We reply within 2 business days. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method.

We may decline requests that show signs of abuse, such as repeated refund requests across several guides.

If you live in the EU or UK, you may cancel within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, as required by your local consumer law.

This policy doesn't affect any rights you have under the consumer laws of your country.
