How do I get my guide?

We email you a download link right after checkout. The link also appears on your order confirmation page.

What format are the guides?

Every guide is a PDF that works on a phone, tablet or computer. Once it's downloaded you can read it offline, and you can print it.

How many pages is each guide?

The page count is listed on each guide's product page.

Are the prices and opening hours current?

We check them against official sources and note the month we checked, but they're approximate and can change. Please confirm with the official source before you go.

Can I get a refund?

All sales are final, but we'll refund or replace your guide if the file is broken and we can't fix it within 3 days, if you were charged twice, or if you received the wrong guide. Contact us within 30 days with your order number; if you live in the EU or UK, you can also cancel within 14 days of purchase. Full details are in our Refund policy.

I didn't get the email. What should I do?

Check your spam or promotions folder first. If it isn't there, contact us with your order number and we'll help.

What will the charge look like on my statement?

Your payment shows as "SP NomadChad" on your card or bank statement.
